昨2014年からほぼさやと植野隆司の二人のみで断続的に行われているマラソンレコーディング（その間には7soloシリーズの一枚としてリリースされたビル・ウェルズのカバー集『Hope you are Wells』の制作も）からの第一弾リリース。これまでに作者植野のソロ、柴田聡子、池間由布子によるヴァージョンが発表されてきた名曲“光輪”はじめ収録曲は粒揃い。録音＆ミックスをさやが担当、近年はガットギターに専念のイメージの強い植野のエレキギターやサックスもフィーチャー、となると記念碑的名盤『ぼくたちみんなだね』を彷彿させるが、音の錬金術師、宇都宮泰による驚異的なマスタリングを経て完成したアルバムには、「原点回帰」というイメージを遥かに越えて、キャリアを重ねた今でも絶え間なく進化／深化を続けるテニスコーツの現在が鮮烈に刻み込まれている。リリースは本2015年に20周年を迎える彼らの自主レーベル、マジキックより。真のインディペンデント・ミュージック in 2015。

The first report from their never-ending recording sessions since 2014 (they even made the Bill Wells songbook album ”Hope you are Wells” while they had been doing these recordings). Mainly all recorded by the essential duo - Saya & Ueno (Only 1 guest player throughout here), Recorded & mixed by Saya herself first time since their early landmark "We Are Everyone" (2004), With amazing mastering by Yasushi Ustunomia, This is no doubt one of the best albums in their long career. Highly recommended.
